Pic#6 is of Ballycastle Beach where I went for a walk with my good friend Emily today. It is quite simply the most beautiful place ever and is so good for the soul. I have walked this beach hundreds of times and in the past month, it has been a godsend when I've needed some time to myself to think, reflect, ball my eyes out or just have some peace to calm my mind.
Taking this time is hugely important when going through something difficult and really helps when you feel a bit helpless. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. If you're going through some difficulty in your life and you don't already do this...take some time to yourself each day if you can, to go and get some fresh air and get out and about. I can't stress enough how much this helps and is good for both physical and mental wellbeing.
If you don't live by the sea like me, a walk anywhere is good, the park, round the block, wherever you can get a bit of space with either just the quiet or likstening to your favourite tunes to pick you up. Look after yourself :-)
