So this is the ingredients that went into today's juice. I've been drinking these for a while anyways but have been advised to ensure I keep them up for their obvious benefits in ensuring my body is getting plenty of goodness, common sense really! I'd gotten out of the way of making them daily but will be from now on.
I've got a lot of research to do regarding different recommendations about diet etc...a healthy balanced one is obviously the way to go but there are a few little extras too so any advice, please share! My consultant has simply said, eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, reduce processed foods and red meat intake, keep up with regular exercise and keep alcohol intake to a minimum.
All sound advice and things I knew already in maintaining good health. I'm not a fan of silly, stressful or obsessive changes, just eat well and keep moving! I want to enjoy my life and indulge the odd time whenever it suits me within reason!
Truth is I'm feeling a bit flat today and the point of this blog is for me to share honestly so there it is. I'm sure it won't be the last time but I'm not planning on there being many! Just a bit thoughtful about it all but who wouldn't be now and again, I would be worried if I wasn't! Maintaining positivity and fight all the way!! :-)
