Hi there!

Welcome to my blog, I hope you enjoy reading! The main aim is to try to remove some of the stigma attached to cancer and to raise awareness in an attempt to encourage you to give yourselves a check now and again. I'm also trying to promote health and wellbeing by doing this and give people peace of mind.

There is also information on support offered by various charities etc which I have found extremely helpful. Please contact me with any comments or queries, all are welcome! Instagram and Facebook links below :-) Happy health xxx

Checking Your Boobs!

Ok ladies, so this is a 7 step guide on how to check your breasts for any abnormalities or changes. It's right there and takes 5 minutes, which is a very small slice of your day to use for something so important. I know a lot of people are afraid to do this in case they find something, I will be from now on but it certainly won't stop me!

The reality is that it's much much better to find something if it's there and get it looked at than not at all. I'm in no way preaching or telling you all that you 'have to do this'...Im simply asking that you try. It's a scary thing, it is, but if you could just try to have a go at it, it could make a whole lot of difference for you as it has for me.

Please please coppafeel ladies...and lads, I'll find some steps for you too and post when I have it. In the meantime, there's advice on how to check your private's for any changes on the NHS Choices website, including some great videos from guys who have been through it.
